FAH Welcomes Ryann Hill as Vice President, Legislation

The Federation of American Hospitals (FAH) is pleased to announce the addition of Ryann Hill as Vice President, Legislation.

“We are excited Ryann is joining the Federation team. With vast experience in advocacy and policy, she brings valuable knowledge and skills to the table both on health care issues and the policy development process. As we navigate the ever-challenging Capitol Hill landscape, Ryann will be an extremely effective advocate for our patients and the hospitals we represent,” said FAH President and CEO Chip Kahn.

Ryann was most recently Senior Director, Federal and State Affairs at SCAN Health Plan, where she oversaw Medicare and Medicaid policy and advocacy at the federal and state levels.

Prior to joining SCAN, Ryann worked in various roles on and off Capitol Hill, including time as a government affairs analyst at K&L Gates and a health policy fellow for Sen. Tammy Duckworth.

Ryann has her Master’s in Public Health from The George Washington University and a bachelor’s degree from Carnegie Mellon University.
