The letter stated, “FAH and our member hospitals share the Subcommittee’s goal of promoting a market-driven health care system that empowers patients with more choice and control over their health care decisions. We believe a more informed and engaged consumer will drive competition that accelerates progress towards higher quality and more affordable health care.”
