“Nontraditional” is the word many people are using to describe what we will hear during President Obama’s final State of the Union address. Instead of outlining a laundry list, it is thought that he will focus on his past successes and then lay out an agenda that goes far beyond his final year in office. One that will almost assuredly include some aspects of health care.
