On The Record

The Federation of American Hospitals (FAH) plays a prominent role in shaping public policy for many important health-related issues of interest to investor-owned hospitals, their patients, and their families.

This section of the FAH website contains public statements developed and sent by the FAH, or the FAH along with allied organizations, to Members of Congress and Congressional staff, federal regulators, and members of the judiciary.
